Support Functions from the DTTN Portal

DTTN provides user-friendly support features to help the community use DTTN as its single window:

  1. Users can acquire and use services from multiple affiliated service providers by signing-on only once in the DTTN.
  2. A simple Web-based graphical interface to enable users to enquire, report, download and re-use their business documents in an interactive manner. This also allows enquiries about the status of any document exchanged via the DTTN.
  3. Users can report document status and transaction log with audit information such as time of sending, recipients, status of the message.
  4. A set of administrative tools for users to manage their own accounts and profile information stored in the DTTN.
